These terms govern use of the Drive360 platform and the saphyroo.com website by customers and visitors.

Service

Saphyroo provides Drive360 as a hosted service. We'll keep it available per the uptime targets in your order form, and we'll patch issues that affect customer operations as a priority.

Customer responsibilities

• Use the platform lawfully.
• Keep credentials secure; tell us if anything looks compromised.
• Comply with the data-collection notice you give your drivers.

Term + termination

Subscriptions run for the term in your order form, with renewal terms agreed in writing. Either party can terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days.
